Welcome!
Artisan Organics is a small, family farm located on six leased acres just outside the Hillsboro, OR city limits. Our produce is available through our Community Supported Agriculture Shares , at our Farm Stand and at several Farmer’s Markets in Hillsboro. We also sell to restaurants and retailers in Hillsboro, Beaverton, and the Portland Metro area west of the Willamette River.
The Artisan Organics community is rooted in the natural elements that make up the farm ecosystem; from the sun to the soil and water, the birds of prey to the beneficial insects, right down to the worms and fungus that create healthy soil. Consequently, Artisan Organics practices a philosophy of farming that nurtures the environment. You will find more information about our conservation practices and Organic and Salmon Safe certifications under the About Us menu item.
Community Supported Agriculture Shares
Would you like to have a direct relationship with your farm and your farmer? Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription program includes eight items a week for 20 weeks. We’ve also partnered with our farming friends to offer you Goat Cheese Shares; Beans and Lentils Shares, and Flours and Grains Shares. See the Shares tab above for details about our Vegetable Shares and our Add On Shares.
Would you like to have a relationship with a particular farm but don’t think that a weekly Vegetable Share is the right fit for you? Visit our conveniently located Farm Stand or find us at several of the Hillsboro Farmers Market. You’ll find addresses, dates and times in the right hand column of this web site.
We accept cash at all of our locations. And, we proudly accept WIC and Senior Nutrition Program Fruit and Veggie Vouchers too. Sorry, we can not accept SNAP benefits or your EBT card.
Don’t carry cash or have a voucher? Try our Farm Script. Simply purchase the amount that seems reasonable to you ($100 minimum). Each time you make a purchase from our Farm Stand or our booth at the Farmer’s Market we’ll deduct it from your Farm Script account. Find more details on the Script page.
